“I first met Vanessa when I started attending yoga classes at a studio that provided both yoga instruction and reiki/guided meditation classes. I was offered a complimentary trial of the group reiki/meditation, even though I was pretty skeptical of the whole concept of reiki I decided to give it a try. By the end of my first session I was blown away and completely moved emotionally. I walked into the class with a dark cloud over my head and then left literally buzzing with light energy.
